These terms are between you ("you" or "the client") and Raj Digital Solutions, which runs InSites.in ("we", "us" or "our"), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. When you order a website, pay an invoice or use this website, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
We design, write, build and host websites for businesses in India. We offer three yearly plans:
- Tier 1, Digital Business Card: one mobile page. Ready in 3 business days.
- Tier 2, 5-Page Business Website: five pages. Ready in 5 business days.
- Tier 3, Online Store and Catalog: a product catalog with WhatsApp orders. Ready in 10 business days.
What each plan includes is shown on our pricing and features sections. An optional AI Sales Assistant is sold as a monthly add-on.
2. Ordering and payment
- Prices: Prices are in Indian rupees and are the prices shown on our website when you order. During our launch offer, prices include GST and we give you a GST invoice.
- 50-50 payment: You pay 50% to start. You pay the remaining 50% after you review and approve your website, and before it goes live.
- How to pay: We send a secure payment link on WhatsApp or email. Payments are taken online by Cashfree using UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking. We never see your card or bank details.
- Yearly plans: Every plan is billed per year. Longer plans of 3 or 5 years are billed up front at the discounted price shown when you order.
- No refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. What you need to give us
- Your business name, services and prices, address, timings, logo (if you have one) and all your photos and videos. You can send these on WhatsApp or email. We do not shoot photos or videos for you.
- Access to your domain registrar, if you want us to connect your own domain.
- Prompt replies and feedback. Delivery times in our Service Delivery Policy start only after we have received your advance payment and the content we need.
You promise that everything you send us is yours to use, is true, and does not break any law or anyone's rights (for example copyright, trademarks or privacy). You are responsible for the claims you make about your business on your website.
4. Review, approval and launch
- We share a private preview of your website. You can ask for reasonable changes to content and layout within the plan you bought.
- The website goes live after you approve it and the remaining 50% is paid.
- If you do not approve the website or do not complete the remaining payment, we take the preview offline. We may then delete the website from our systems. If you come back later, a new project starts from the beginning. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Ownership
- Yours: Your business content, photos, logo and name stay yours. Your domain name is registered in your business name.
- Ours: Our designs, layouts, templates, code, tools and know-how stay ours. You may use them as part of your website for as long as your plan is active. You may not copy, resell or reuse them for other websites.
- You allow us to use your business name and website as an example of our work, unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Support and maintenance
Your yearly price includes:
- Hosting, and work to keep your website online.
- Daily backups.
- Weekly automated maintenance with security checks and updates.
- Support for your website by email at info@insites.in or on WhatsApp.
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (India time, except public holidays). We reply within 48 business hours. Big new features, new pages and redesigns are not part of maintenance and are quoted separately.
7. Yearly renewal
- Reminders: Before your plan ends, we email you renewal reminders.
- Grace period: If you do not renew on time, your website goes offline and we keep it safe for 1 more month. If you renew within that month, we switch it back on with no restoration fee.
- After the grace period: If you have not renewed by then, your website is taken down for good. To bring it back to its original state, you pay a one-time restoration fee and the annual plan price. These fees include GST during our introductory offer.

8. Acceptable use
You may not use our service for anything illegal, harmful, misleading or abusive. This includes fake or stolen content, scams, adult or hateful material, and anything that breaks Indian law. We may take a website offline, with notice where we can, if it breaks these rules.
9. Third-party services
Our service depends on other companies, such as Cashfree (payments), WhatsApp (chat), Google (search, maps and analytics), your domain registrar and our hosting and network providers. They have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes that are outside our control.
10. No guarantees about results
We work hard to make your website fast, secure and easy to use. We cannot promise any particular number of visitors, calls, orders, search ranking or income. Search engines and social apps decide these things, not us.
11. Limit of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan year in which the claim arose.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time. Payments already made are not refunded. We can end or pause your service if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the service for something unlawful.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. New terms apply to orders and renewals made after the change.
14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
