1. What we deliver
A working website for your business, live on the internet, with hosting, daily backups and weekly maintenance included. There is no physical product and no shipping.

The time counts from the day we have received both your 50% advance payment and the content we need (business details, services and prices, logo, and all photos and videos, which you provide). Business days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Delays caused by late content or late feedback from you are not counted.
3. How delivery works
- Start: You pay the first 50% through the Cashfree payment link we send. You send us your content.
- Build: We write, design and build your website.
- Preview: We send you a private link, with a PIN, on WhatsApp or email. You review it on your phone. You can ask for reasonable changes to content and layout within your plan.
- Approve and pay the rest: When you are happy, you approve it and pay the remaining 50%.
- Go live: We publish your website on your domain, or on a free InSites address if you do not have a domain yet. We connect your domain at no extra fee.
4. How long the preview stays online
Your private preview is kept online for a limited time, usually up to two weeks. If you do not approve it or do not pay the remaining 50% in that time, we take it offline. The website may then be deleted from our systems and a new project would start from the beginning. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. After launch: support and maintenance
- Support: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (India time, except public holidays).
- We reply to every request within 48 business hours.
