No refunds.
Every payment made to Raj Digital Solutions for InSites.in is non-refundable, including the first 50%, the remaining 50% and yearly renewals.
1. Why there are no refunds
The moment you pay the first 50%, our team starts work for you: planning, writing, design and build. This uses our time and resources straight away, and they cannot be returned. That is why we cannot refund any payment.
2. Cancelling after you have paid the first 50%
- You are free to stop at any time. You will not have to pay anything more.
- The 50% you already paid is not refunded.
- Your project is closed and your files are deleted from our systems.
3. If you do not approve your website
- If you do not approve the website, or do not pay the remaining 50%, we take the preview offline.
- The website may then be deleted from our systems.
- If you come back later, you will need to start a new project from the beginning.
- No payment is refunded.
4. If you do not renew
- We email you renewal reminders before your plan ends.
- If you do not renew on time, your website goes offline and we keep it safe for 1 more month. If you renew in that month, we switch it back on with no restoration fee.
- After that month, your website is taken down for good. To bring it back to its original state you pay a one-time restoration fee (₹1,000 for Tier 1, ₹2,000 for Tier 2, ₹3,000 for Tier 3, GST included during our introductory offer) plus the annual plan price.
5. The one exception: a mistaken double payment
If the same invoice is charged twice by mistake, or money is taken from you for an order that was not created, tell us at info@insites.in. We will return the extra amount to the payment method you used. This is the only case in which we make a refund.
